BARA BANDAI

Bara Bandai: Bara Bandai is a small village in Swat Valley of KPK. Its Natural beauty laying in an area crossed by Alexander during his assault. The people of of Bara Bandai belong to subsection Naikipikhail of Yousifzai the largest and biggest tribe of Pashtoon tribes.it is one of Provincially Administered Tribal Areas (PATA) of Pakistan. the village contains a small series of a jungle and mountains.residential area starting from pasture of mountains, to the fields, vast land for crops, a village market, number of canals and springs and a part of the Swat river. Famous mountains of Bara Bandai are Kafar Ghaat, Najia Top and Usmani Sar.

Population:
Total population of Bara Bandai is estimated to be arround SIX to NINE thousands Which makes it one of the largest villages in the Swat Valley. There are number of subtribes of Yousifzai living in the Bara Bandai. The two major subtribes are Nasir khail and Audal Khail.
